Join Me on an Epic 35-Day South Pacific Odyssey through the heart of the Pacific
Imagine waking to turquoise lagoons, the scent of frangipani on the trade winds, and the deep pulse of island drums that have echoed across these waters for centuries. This is not another cruise brochure fantasy. This is a 35-day journey through the heart of the South Pacific—an invitation to travel with intention, to unlock what I call the *cultural key*.

We will sail the legendary routes between Australia and New Zealand through the tropical islands of French Polynesia, Samoa, Fiji and the Hawaiian Islands. Along the way we will not simply visit ports. we will step into living histories, meet the people who carry these islands’ stories, and follow in the wake of the great navigators and explorers who first charted these seas: Captain James Cook, Samuel Wallis, and Abel Tasman.
Experience life in the islands
A typical voyage gives you a few hours ashore, a souvenir, and a hurried photo. This journey is different. Before we ever board, you will already know some of the people traveling beside you. Through shared introductions, stories, and conversations, our group begins to form its own small community,
A deep understanding of history, culture, and people transforms every shore day into an experience. You will recognize the significance of a marae, the weight of a chiefly title, the meaning behind a tattoo motif, or the quiet power of an oral genealogy recited under a breadfruit tree. That knowledge is the cultural key. It opens doors that most visitors never have the chance to walk through.

In the Footsteps of the Explorers
We sail waters once crossed by some of the most determined navigators in history: Abel Tasman, Samuel Wallis, and Captain James Cook. Their journals, charts, and observations form one layer of the story. The deeper layer belongs to the islanders themselves: the master navigators who crossed open ocean in double-hulled canoes guided by stars, swells, and birds long before any European mast appeared on the horizon. We honor both traditions.
Why this Journey? A community is forming for this sailing. You are free to join! We will start the journey online as strangers, meet on board as aquaintances, and leave as friends.
This is an invitation to experience the South Pacific the way it deserves to be experienced: Feeling the warmth of the sun, breathing in the salty ocean air, tasting the local flavors, and wandering beyond the places tourists usually see. Meet the people, discover their traditions, listen to their stories, explore hidden beaches and colorful villages, and let the rhythm of island life slow you down.
A truly memorable journey isn’t about how many places you see. It’s about the moments you experience, the people you meet, and the stories you bring home.
Travel beyond the destination. Experience the South Pacific
